Hotel Le Meurice in Paris

Ideally located opposite the Tuileries Garden, between Place de la Concorde and the Musee du Louvre, Le Meurice has held sway as the jewel in the crown of French luxury hotels since 1835. Reflecting its uninterrupted attachment to the French art of living, Le Meurice is a magical, serene place, where the refined splendours of 18th-century architecture meet the latest in contemporary comfort and elegance.

Thanks to its very rich historical background, represented by famous painters, writers and other artists, Le Meurice is both the reflection and the setting for the French Genius of the art of living. Each of the seven floors has a distinct style, with 160 beautifully appointed rooms and suites decorated in a style redolent of Louis XVI with exquisite Italian marble bathrooms.

Recently, the hotel came to a new embellishment phase of the living areas by Philippe Starck. Combining exceptional decoration, style and quality with contemporary chic, he added a modern twist whilst preserving the special atmosphere of luxury that is the very soul of this establishment.

Yannick Alleno, three Michelin-star French Chef at the head of fine-dining restaurant le Meurice, elevates Parisian gastronomy to the rank of art, and le Dali with its new culinary concept, where past and present meet with humour and glamour. Everything reminds you of Salvador Dali, one of the most famous clients of the hotel.

In the heart of Paris, a minute’s walk away from Place Vendome and Rue Saint-Honore, where luxury stores and boutiques showcasing young designers flourish, Le Meurice gradually unveils its secrets, a haven of peace where you can truly be yourself.
