Top Australian East Coast Attractions

The Australian East Coast is the most populated section of the country. The climate is mostly hot, humid and rainy in the summer and mild and dry in the winter. Between the major cities, parklands and shoreline, travelers treating themselves to car hire can travel about and explore as much of the Eastern Coast as they desire.

Australia Zoo

About an hour's drive north of Brisbane, Australia Zoo of the famed late Steve Irwin and his crocodiles, is within easy access for travelers who wish to hire a car. Exhibits include the 5,000 seats of the Crocoseum where live crocodile, snake, and bird shows occur; the Asian themed Elephantasia, which is the best in size, Asian elephant enclosure in the country; Tiger Temple with both Bengal and Sumatran tigers; and much more.

The Great Barrier Reef

The Great Barrier Reef spreads out from the coast of Queensland Australia. People visiting Australia who want to spend some time exploring the reef can park their car rentals in Cairns for the best reef
accessibility.
Transportation to the reef is provided by boats of all sizes and helicopter rides over the spectacular region are available. The water is extremely clear in this largest of the earth's barrier reefs, and it is a wonderful place to view all sorts of tropical fish.

Whitsunday Islands

Cairns is also the best city to park a car hire in order to spend some time in the Whitsunday Islands. In fact, travelers can plan a day trip through the barrier reef and on to one or more of the Whitsunday Islands for relaxation, a meal or other recreation like snorkeling or fishing. These islands are spectacular with white sand, and clear, blue waters.

Darling Harbour

Located in the heart of Sydney, Darling Harbour of New South Wales is just to the west of the business district and offers the best of shopping, museums and other amazing attractions. Those travelers having car rentals can travel right into the area and find a car park. Much of the sites are within walking distance,
like the Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World and Paddy's Markets.

Sydney Opera House

One of the most famous landmarks in all of Australia, the travelers should hire a car and at least drive up to towards the Sydney Opera House and take some photos. Of course, attending a performance there would top off an Australian trip.

East Coast Car Rentals offers car hire at major locations down Australia’s east coast, including car hire Brisbane and Surfer’s Paradise car hire

Really impressive sharing! Your blog is motivating to all readers for Australian tours. From long time I had a great experience of Harbour Bridge. The Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of Australia's most well known and photographed landmarks. As well as it is the world's largest steel arch bridge with the top of the bridge standing 134 meters above the harbour. Now I'm looking forward some information about the tours from Miami to New York . Hope you guys have plenty of knowledge about this tour and like to share with me.
